The Federation of Small Bikers Club of the Philippines will be hosting a National Event of Small Bikers name the 1st LOW RIDER RALLY in the Philippines this coming March 25-26 2011 in SM CITY CEBU Parking Lot with a THEME: RIDE AND LIVE WITH THE BIKER’S DREAMS. The 1st LOW RIDER RALLY will be participated by thousands of Motorcycle Riders coming from the different Provinces of the Country.

THE FEDERATION OF SMALL BIKERS CLUB PHILS, INC. invites YOU to JOIN the ANNUAL SMALL BIKERS CONVENTION IN THE PHILIPPINE your PARTICIPATION to the Event is very much welcome. We are looking forward for your response soon as you decide to attend the LOW RIDER RALLY.
