Well, it depends on the brand of whiskey. There are a few imported brands available at S&R and Duty Free. As for the location, I'm a bit concerned.. I think you'd be better setting up your shop in uptown. Whiskeys are usually considered a luxury item in Cebu. Target high-end markets. Aside from that, try first doing a market/feasibility study. I think there are only quite a few shops like this and most are carrying wines rather than hard liquor.
