Dry brushing is done depende, using pencil, charcoal, soft pastel. For example using charcoal pencil, ung charcoal pencil kailangan mong durugin dapat parang pulbos talaga sya. apply it using bristle brush or other brushes that is much better and expensive.

akong gigamit ani kay oil paint just like what i saw sa video. so far nindot man ang result but i also want to try what you suggested kanang charcoal thingy, hehehe.

You're right! the brushes are really freaking me out kay mahal and you can't just use one type of brush but a variety of it. The more often you use it magka anam og ka pud-pud, niya palit nasad.......

Oil paint? pwde din. pwede din gamitin ang pencil, charcoal, or soft pastel. yes ma pud-pud talaga sya. different brushes dapat gamiton since depende sa drawing for example sa face ng tao, pwede din flat brush ng water color or tissue since lesser man ang media dapat gamitin. pero darker portion like hair, dapat bristle brush gamitin.. soon pag natapos ko gawin si arnold ippopost ko sya anyway gamit ko dun ay Oil pastel. ung parang crayons...hehehe.

NOTE: (media) example: pencil, charcoal, pastel, oil, oil pastel, water color.
