Recommend phone worth P25,000

I need your help guys. As I read along the forums,I got confused on what phone I should get.
My current budget for this new phone could stretch to 28,000 and that would be the last stretch.
I'm more on texting, calling, music, internet & a little gaming. Camera quality also counts since my GF is kind of vain. Sorry Bear
Please do suggest with a little explanation if possible. I'm currently confused on iPhone4 because of the signal issues and its UNLOCK has not arrived yet.

But, I will choose mytouch 4g over the DHD. Though smaller and screen then smaller and cam pixel, internal storage is bigger and it has a secondary cam for video calling. Plus points pa kay mas cheaper.

HTC Desire bro..even though smaller screen xa compared to DHD, d mn sd dali mhurot ang batt than DHD.

ug gikan kag Nokia bro (5800xm) ug di ka ganahan mosuway ug laing OS kay familiar nakas tube. go for n8 nalang.. layu ra kaayu ang 5800xm, esp sa touch responsiveness.. resistive touchscreen to ang sa tube while capacitive sa n8.. same with DHD, ip4, SGS, etc..

pero imo man gi mention ang "CAMERA", so its a toss between n8 ang ip4.. though walay dedicated camera button ang ip4..

and nag mention pud kag "INTERNET", i'd say mas nindot ang browsing sa ip4.. bati kayg built-in browser ang n8, same ra sa tube.. may gani naay Opera Mini, but then again walay multitouch ang OM.. i mean di ka ka pinch to zoom..

just my 2 cents..
