    Default unsa ni akow a??


    gusto ta kow motambok2x kana sang dli tambok kaau.... cg man ta ko kaon dli wa man gyud effect. mga 7am kaon, 10am kaon hangtod odto kaon inig 3-4 kaon nasab nya 7pm kaon og alas 9-10 kaon dayun tolog say blema ana?? same raman ghapon akow lawas??

    mura kag ako sa una tawgon pagani ko ug daot! pag age nako ug 22 naka work nako mo palit ko ug clusivol vitamins ni take ko ani mga 1yr jud then akong gi apilan ug gym concentrt ko ato afte 2 yrs daghn naka kkita nako ni ana dako na kaayo ko....akong tambag nimo pag vitamiins kanang multi- then gym pod kay ang gym maka dako jud ug conentrt ka

    yaw i-frequent imu kaon... kaon na lang ka 3 big-meals per day... kung frequent man gud imu kaon, mukusog sad imu metabolism mao na gamay gehapon ka... kaon ka ug 3 meals a day nya perteng dakoa jud taga-kaon, taga-kaon nimu, muhinay na lang imu metabolism, ang uban nimu gkaon, la pa maburn... kato dli pa maburn, mao na to imu i-gain...

    1. kada kaun nimo 2 - 3 cups of rice
    2. mag cge ka snacks ka ug chocolates
    3. mag cge ka kaun ug french frice
    4. ice tea or coke ang pirmi nimo imnon
    5. pag computer or watch tv atleast 10hours a day

    kuyawa ug daily plan. ma enjoy gyud ka ani everyday. dili ka makabantay nanambok na diay ka. ok pud ni imong to do list da. hehe

    ayaw pirmiha ug kaon kay mutaas nuon imong metabolism..
