Where to buy an obsolete/phase Out PC parts?

I'm tryin' to fix my aunts PC but I couldn't find any replacement parts for ECS 661FX - M motherboard. Intel Pentium 4 processor.

Problem:
it stuck on the first boot page. it wont detect memory, HD, DVD, etc. need help guys.. thanks

+1 ko ani.... dapat ma test nimo ang mga parts bro para makita kong unsay problem sa CPU nimo...

my case ok man ang ram. naa ko spare HD ako gitry pero d madetect. basi moterboard ang prob

try daw check sa imong mobo basin naay blotted capacitor. also isolation ra pod. if walay beep possible ang ram na.

pero gi try na nimo og clean tanan parts like vacuum or something?....
check mga ports sa motherboard basin corroded.
try og laing bus para sa HD
