traveling with your pets with Cebu Ferry 1

Who has the same experience as mine, traveling with my dog on board Cebu Ferry 1.

It was a bit disappointing and stressful. I know that there are rules that dogs and other livestock will be placed outside the passenger accommodation area but i thought that they have a place for our pets that is comfortable. It turned out that they placed my pet in the cargo bay near a blower, but still i find it hot and not safe kay piligro nga ma ligsan nya intawn sa mga fork lift or sa ten wheelers nga nag load ug nag unload na expose pa akong pet sa noise sa makina ug sa mag sakayanan nga naa didto....its stated in their waiver nga di sila mangilabot kung naay ma hitabo sa atong pets like accidents and all.....please share kung naa moy same experience not just with Cebu ferry but with other transpo company as well. I hope nga naay group nag mo read pud ani aron maka balo ta unsay buhaton.

Hala baita gud ana...Sa akong experience kung mag sea travel me sa akong iro kay sauna permi man ko muuli sa province..Zamboange Ferry or George and Peter Lines, ok jud kaayo..Tapad pami sa akong iro..hahahah!

kalain gud...katry ku..wala sad namu xa natapad but sa gawas lang sa entrance sa tourist accomodation...malouy ku kay init au then feel naku nahadlok aku dog...but wala ku choice kay dili mn pede e sulod kay aircon...but i guess sa economy class pede rah e tapad...pero naa unta place for pets...para comfortable pud if mu travel sila,diba?

ingani sad gyud ako worries sa ako dogs when mag move nami sa palawan. ang mga unforseen accidents while wala sako care. bahala dihag isa ka-oras ra ang byahe. daghan na ang pwede mahitabo ana.

yup maka sabot ra man ta ana nga point, ok rako kaayo ana nga di gyud pwede ma tapad ang pet sa accomodation deck..but kinahanglan unta maayo ang ilang ma himotangan aron di ta ma balaka kay ni bayad bya ta sa cargo charge, nya blower ra intawn ang nag hangin sa akong pet together with all sorts of cargoes , container vans and what not..paita, na tagam gyud ko....kung kabalo pako daan na ing ato diay, wa na lang ko nag sea travel na lang unta...

sa kadtong kami kay gisaka man ang amo iro(with cage) sa economy nga area. pero mao lagi maikog kos uban pasahero kay mag sige ug pamaghot ug byaan nako. ako gyud tawn to gihuwat nga matulog.

mao bitaw tong akong hangyo bai, but then they said that its their policy, and once the boat sets sail you cant go to the cargo bay na, that is why i insisted gyud kay wa man ko ka balo nga ing ato diay kay lain man ang ingon sa pag kuha nako ticket, the ticket guy told me that the pets area would just be within the economy deck, separated from the people but could still be visited by its owners kay naa raman within the deck. The lady at the counter the time we were on board told me that it was true with the other vessel of their fleet, the Mv our lady of the rule and mount carmel but not with Cebu ferry !. Again ok ra unta to kung na inform ko daan kay akong ma andaman ug food ug water. Due to my insistence, my nephew was allowed to bring in water and food to my dog. Then he told me nga louy daw ang sitwasyon sa mga pets didto kay init ug kauban gyud sa uban mga cargo. I have proven this on our return trip(sila lang gihapon akong na sakyan kay wa koy choice, sila ray available and wa pud plane kay fully booked na)....true gyud diay nga init , blower ray naa didto...ok ra gihapon kay healthy man akong dog...pero kuyawan kos safety sa akong pet...ma accident unya the i checked the waiver..it says that if unfortunate incidents happens they wouldnt have to do with it or something to that effect.
