depende sa level sa stress ug sa mood... buhaton raman nako unsa akong gusto buhaton stress or not
mu kaon ug unsay ako gusto, buhaton ang unsay gusto, then think positive. look for a better tomorrow. look at the bright side of the stressful thing/event that happened
vit.c is found to be of great help in fighting stress, take more of this wonderful substance.
also put more veggies in your diet. oily meals can pollute the blood resulting to poor circulation.
then if you can, practice the art of meditation.
these are my objectives for this year hahaha..jst sharing it here.
just do whatever nga feel nimo ma relax and comfortable ka, just do your best to stay on top of it.

What I do, I usually light up a scented candle nga aromatherapy ang scent dayun akong lotion is aromatherapy sad from bath and body works. mag meditate ko but wa pa nako na perfect jd but its so good for the posture jd. Pa body massage sad ko once a month!![]()
