Anyone up to give our Homemade Yogurt Cheesecake a try? We've had rave reviews from all who have tasted and ordered it. The yogurt used is a combination of homemade yogurt and active yogurt cultures.

*Regular yogurt naturally contains probiotics. Our yogurt cheesecakes contains Probiotics, as well as the Prebiotic fiber called Inulin.

Upon request from a good friend for their mom's mardi gras party, here is our first attempt to
be a bit frilly:

So this is composed of two Square 8"x8" yogurt cheesecakes, with blueberry, mango and kiwi topping, trimmed with gold MMF beads (chocolate Marshmallow fondant beads painted gold = edible)
This was 1000 in all (that's for the 2 square cakes na) kay medyo kuti na jud.

for the lychee, we use fresh or canned, depende kng naay available nga fresh. for the strawberry, i make a strawberry sauce out of fresh strawberries. kng walay fresh, i buy frozen ones. for the blueberry, i also make blueberry sauce out of frozen blueberries or the canned. walay fresh blueberries here gud.
