Which PSU should i buy?

im just starting to upgrade my ancient pc..and im planning to buy a PSU first...
thats why i need your advice which one should i buy..
her are the ones that im thinking of buying,

FSP Supersonic Series (600w) 80PLUS =2850 php
Thermaltake LitePower Series (700w) =-2750 php

or you could suggest a better one..tnx

I'd go with the FSP. It has 80+ rating and that's more important with regards to efficiency.

It also has Active PFC.
