    Default 20 years in prison for erring drivers? is this not too much?

    Senator Chiz filed a bill penalizing those erring drivers, or even those who involved in accidents, and if found guilty of negligence, they will suffer 20 years in prison. Is this not too much folks? What can you say?

    Bitaw noh, sayang idol ko pa naman to. Ano ba kasi motivo nya dito? Or gusto lang magpapansin? Sobra naman yang 20 years in prison, wala naman siguro driver gusto magkamali o maaksidente, hassle yun sa kanila eh.

    " in case of death, Escudero said penalty should range from 12years to 20years jail term". meaning maximum nana ang twenty. i think theres logic to it man sad. ug danghag jud diay kaau ang driver ( kusog ra kaau padagan, pataka overtake), walay pakialam sa pasahero/other motorists/pedestians ba basta lang maabot sa iya destinasyon, at least og naa nani nga penalty, mag bantay napud sa ilang kalaki...
