Samsung EX2020 or Philips 222EL1SB

mga brad, tabangi ko og pili aning duhang monitors:

and Philips 222EL1SB specs here

both are LED and almost of the same size. samsung's price range is 6K-6.5K sa TPC. but ive heard nga 1600x900 ra daw iya native resolution eventhough g-specify sa site nga 1080 xa, dghan na mtestify nga owners ani. ang philips kay sure jud nga 1920x1080 full hd.. but ang price is 8.1K.

asa mn ani nla ang ako pilion? worth raba ang almost 2k nga difference sa ila price kung ang philips ako pilion? or ok ra ba nang samsung?

EX2020 ako panel... 8k palit nako ani 6 months ago... so far satisfied rako wala pasad ko naka encounter ug problems. Yes 1600X900 ra iya resolution.
Ang draw back ra nako ani na panel kay ang material na gigamit. Unlike sa mga previous Samsung LCD's ang plastic na gigamit kay ligon. Ang EX2020 nako kay ang plastic na gigamit kay humok gamay. May because ang model na naa nako kay gi-manufacture sa Taiwan (Made in Taiwan).

SO WHICH OF THE TWO I WOULD CHOOSE?

Kung tinuoray gud na tag 6.5K ra ang EX2020 sa TPC, brand new (including shipping charges) I will get the Samsung kay tag 7550 ni sa PCXpress.

Pero kung tag 7k sad ang EX2020 you'll rather go for the Philips haron ma-utilize nimo ang full potential sa imo GTS 250. By the way tag Php. 7,995 ra ang Philips sa PCXpress, inquire lang sa Jones or sa North Reclaimation na outlet

naa ko nakit-an nga 6.1K sa TPC but EX2020X ang model, brandnew. idk if same ba na nga model sa ex2020. usually 6.5K ang price nla sa ana ex2020 na model, not including the shipping cost.

taga-dumaguete ko brad. tag 8.1k ila baligya sa philips nga brand.

nywayz, mga brad, since parehong 16:9 ang duha ka monitor, puede kahang i-set nako ang resolution sa ex2020 to 1920x1080? same result ra ba sa native resolution sa philips nga monitor? kay same raman jud cla og dimension.. ang resolution ra jud ang difference.

I think ang EX2020 is the same sa EX2020X

Regarding sa setting sa resolution, Yes you can set the resolution to 1920x1080 using custom resolution settings but it is not advisable. Ang result kay ma distorted ang image unya naay possibility na dali ra maguba ang panel. Rule of thumb regarding sa resolution is to always stick to the native resolution as designed by the manufacturer of the monitor. The native resolution of any LCD monitor is the best resolution you can get from your LCD monitor.

So if your really want a 1980x1080 resolution go for the Philips!!!

bitaw noh, 1920x1080 sa website... murag sayup man tingali na kay ang naka butang sad Screen Size 21.5" Wide... sa akong pagka hibaw, ang 2020 nga model 20" ran siya unya ang 2250 nga model mao ang 21.5"...

unya nawa ang contrast ratio: MEGA DCR (Typ. 1,000:1)

this is way too low especially for a LED backlit LCD monitor...

anyway, personally inclined ko sa specs sa philips but i trust samsung better as a brand

1680x1050 man ang native resolution ani bro... which is way to low for a 22" monitor. Plus, dili pagud ni LED old type ni sa mga LCD monitor.

kung 6K ra ang imo budget bro ang samsung nalang palita

suwayi lang og hikap ang mga Philips nga gipang display. Lahi ra jud ang feeling.
