Im looking for some xt250 parts or a complete bike i can use for parts.

(i need a seat, carburetor insulators, carb rubber hoses (to the airbox), swingarm and shock link, rear shock, decompressor cable, footrests, and some other small items).

anyone know where in cebu i can find surplus parts for these bikes? - any decent surplus shops?

maybe you have a friend with one thats guba and he can sell cheap?
