MGA ate kuya naa tah koy pangutana.

gamit ko ug program to check cpu temp which is called CPUID monitor.

mao ni spec sa akung computer

    phenom 2 x4 955
    1x 2gig ram
    250g hdd
    Gigabyte 880GM-UD2H ver 1.4 mobo
    dvd rom
    case naku aspire 800
1 exhaust fan sa kilid sa case.

before, akung psu, generic ra toh pakapin sa case which is 600w

try tig monitor ko sa temperature which is mo range lang ug 47-49 celsius
panagsa ra kaayo mu 50 degress

then naka decide ko ug palit bag.o psu

ug 1 ka fan nga naay led 4 colors

gi taud naku ang psu and aku gi balhin ang pakapin nga fan which is before naa sa kilid, aku gi exhuse re rare part ug kadtung bag.o nga naay led gi puli naku sa kilid(both exhaust and 80mm)

karun ig monitor naku sa cpu using cpuid monitor program.
    maabot naman ug 48-54 degrees

    mas ni init naman noon.
ask lang ko unsa akung ika suggest unsa akung buhaton para ma minimize ang heat or if safe bani nga temperature kay murag init na man noon.

baliha ang kilid nga fan,it should blow towards your cpu/motherboard...

tingali sa pag monitor mo karon mas init ang imo room temp, makaapektar baya ang room temp sa cpu temp... or basin mas daghan gadagan apps nmo karon unlike sa katu una nmo pag monitor ug temps

in other words bsin d pareha imo condition before nag kuha ka sa temperature ug karon... dapat man gud constant ang mga variables aron makakuha ug accurate reading. even a 2% change in room temp changes an overall reading.

Flash prgrams consumes cpu cycles. i remember abot 100% cpu utilization ako pentium 4 b4, magkamang na ug naa pa ko lain buhaton other than the current flash game running

ang fan sa psu acts as an exhaust...what you need is intake(cool)air...

is Cool and Quiet enabled sa BIOS?

there is a little voltage increase. taas gamay ang output sa branded psu compared sa generics.

you can use AMD Cool'n'Quiet. Just enable it in your BIOS. if you are using windows 7 go to your power options select Balanced (this should downclock your processor at the same time decreases temps and voltages)
