my game is ragnarok nya sahay mag dota ko nya altab mag lag sya..
sa video card ne or sa memory?

15-20k budget is enough for a computer setup w/ monitor basing from the games you played

the answer is kulangan imong video memory (resulting in increased latency). the video memory is a frame buffer. so you're playing a game: the GPU renders the frame, stores it in the video memory before being sent back to the monitor. in your case, the lack of a dedicated video memory for the GPU (since naka share man sa system memory) causes latency issues so mo lag jud siya ug maayo because the system memory is not the sole purpose for storing rendered frames.

your specs showed that you are using IGP which does not have a dedicated memory (like a discreet video card) and utilizes your computer system RAM. I think they are suggesting to increase your RAM, for me at least 2 GB if budget permits 4 Gb na lang. Latest AMD motherboard solves this problem by having a sideport memory that the IGP can utilize instead of the system memory.
