ngkuha ko sa NSO og birth certificate..lahi ang spelling mn gud..sipyat usa ka letra..
imbis "RIAS"..ang gbutang sa NSO "RIAZ"...problema lgi ni nko ron..dpat ang "Z".."S" unta dapat..
naa mo nhbw.an unsaon??ingon sa akong mga kaila gamit daw abogado..
tgpila kaha pailis noh?

affidavit from lawyer that such name are same then submit to NSO. also go to your civil registry for confirmation of error

brad ingon ani gyud ang problem sa ako wife before, imagine from highschool to college iya name kay sherryl gigamit in all her records. pastilang problemaha kay sa nso sherrel man. so same tag delimma before.
to cut the extra cost of getting a lawyer, mag pa hearing and posting in a news paper(local and national) we decided to change all her pertinent documents, like school records. prc records, ched. id's. to conform on what is written on the nso document.
1st you make an affidavit of two disinterested persons. then have it signed by them and have it notrarized. then mao ni imo document na ipass sa ched, school registrar. if your a professional registered with prc have it changed also and also all your id's. this will now change your name spelling to what appears in the nso document. no hassle, no gasto og dako, kahago ra... pangita lang og dili abogado kanang makamao lang mo draft og affidavits. daug. na... good luck..

simple xa na problem ky typo error ra pro dako kau ni nga labad brad.
ang buha2n nmu ani ky ad2 ka sa civil registry pra mka petition ka for correction of entries sa birth certificate.
andam lng jd daan ug 5k ky ari ka daogon sa publication bai.. nia, ichek nlng daan tnan entries bsin naa py lain sayop.
