I am looking for an open lot to RENT out with these requirements:
1. Undeveloped/ raw open lot.
2. Must be away from residential areas or the nearest house must be at least 100m away from the area to occupy.
3. We will occupy 200sqm.
4. 20 footer containers can pass through its road going in and out
5. Fences are not necessary but it will be an advantage
6. Ideal rental rate: around the price of P10/sqm
7. Consolascion / Liloan lots might be considered.
