i purchased a second hand web cam last week the model is kinstone ks-1220, everytime i plug it on my pc it always ask for CIP SINGLE CHIP DRIVER, even if i already installed the web cams driver, any body who can help me to find a solution about this problem?

make sure that all the drivers are installed. to verify press the windows key + pause key at the same time, go to hardware tab, click device manager and see if you got any exclamation point in one of the items. If you have one , then most likely it is your webcam and it means driver is not installed correctly. if mao na situation.. visit the manufacturer's website for driver download
