How to detect "FAKE" US Dollar?

there's this fraud detector pen you can use.
if the money is real, when you write on it, the writing should appear yellowish..& will eventually disappear..
if it is fake, the writing will be BLACK.

i don't know where this would be sold in the Philippines.. i don't know if available ba ni siya dha... pero dre, you can buy it almost anywhere.. walmart, staples, target, office depot, office max.. etc
or you can always buy it online if wala kay makit-an sa mga tindahan diha. e research lang.
