hi guys, do u know any charitable institutions ma gamay man o dako (preferrably gamay) nga mag kinahanglan og volunteer? assist2 lang gud in short kanang "TIG" ba, bsan unsa lang bsta mkatabang.

I just want to volunteer and do charity works in every way i can. Ayaw lang financial kay wala pud ko ana. I wanted to help and give anything that I can possibly offer to those in need.

There are a couple of organizations out there. You have the JCIs, it's a world-wide organization of young active citizens. Currently there are 7 chapters in Cebu. They have 4 areas of development (business, individual, community, and international). The most notable projects they have are: Alay Lakaw, Beyond Prison Walls, The Ten Outstanding Young Men Award, Deworming Project, and Nothing But Nets. Aside from the JCI, there's also the Rotary Club, the chamber of commerce and industry, (youth) Christian Groups, Tzu Che (buddhist organization), Gawad Kalinga, Philippine Business for Social Progress, MyShelter Foundation (The Bottle School Project).
