There's one in mabolo near sykes. I forgot the name but my friend's Japanese boss always go there for ramen coz it's as good daw as the ones they have in Japan. Ive tried there once and yup I can say that it is really good ramen. better than rai rai ken's. It's located right across the old paseo.

Kamekichi.. And yes.. It's the ONLY good Ramen shop in Cebu. Rai Rai Ken is shit.

mao2x! i agree, kamekeshi ramen!!! or, Ramen Kamekeshi man jud to ila sign bah. atbang jud sa old paseo. before ka musulod pa island market. small ra jud cya na place but YUM!!! naa pai different levels of spiciness ilang ramen. must try!!!
