Please be reminded:
1. I only have 500Php
2. Above my RIGHT shoulder..the tattoo would only be like 8inches max length and 5inches wide or less...No other color needed, just black and some needed shadings..

... I might be wrong with the exact length or unsa ang size..pero one thing I'm sure, I don't have enough cash! So I'm looking for artist who can work on a cheap shot with good hands! for a simple design!
