I dunno with number two kay walay ako ana pero mao daw ni nag popularize sa cartridge, but I think I should put PS2 in that position being the best selling console of all time..
And I think I'll also put PS to a much higher position since it's the first gaming console to use optical media..

By the way ngano kalayo sa PS3 compared sa Xbox360 or even sa Wii?

They should have ranked these not by best ... which is a subjective criteria ... but by which console has the most impact.
