on the whole jud, stalemate. each universe has their own omnipotent being, so there'll be no winner or loser.
if restricted to Earth residing characters, DC will probably win because of Spectre since he is the Presence's(God DC's omnipotent) Vengeance personified. and Flash can just take out more than half of them in the time it takes Captain America to yell "Avengers Assemble". the only thing that could stop Flash is bad writing lol, he's too overpowered.

If there is Spectre in DC, there is Warlock in Marvel... tapos bad side ni Warlock si Magus.

Warlock would only be able to match the Spectre if he had the Infinity Gems(which is currently split amongst the members of the Illuminati last I recall). and Spectre at his full power is likely equal to the Living Tribunal who him/herself is I think the second most powerful being in Marvel.
