Golden Retriever or Labrador would be my suggestion kay mga buotan ni sila. But if you need a guard dog, then German Sheperd.

ako newbie man ko bro pero i got 2 doberman.....for me they are the best guard dog among the rest. pero ga research ko permi about them.....for me la man ko ga problema nila, love them and in return they will love u 2 .......

mag depend ra jud na nimo bro wat imoha nahan nga dog wat suits your likings... research first b4 u decide to buy one.. go for papered quality dogs bro ang explanation ka2ng gi sticky ni springfield...

depends on your life style sir! kung active ka get an active dog. pero kung busy ka lagi kang wal sa bahay. go for a less active doggie. make sure that when you choose a breed you can handle their needs. especially exercise!

for me, if i wud get a med-large sized dog (and newbie pa ko sa mga large dogs), it would be a golden retriever since they are know for their friendly and gentle temperament... they are also one of the most popular dog breed owned by families with young kids. they are energetic when it comes to play but they are also patient and very obedient dogs when trained (and they are highly trainable since they are also very intelligent).

i-consider man gud nimo imo lifestyle, environment and resources para maka ingon ka na ideal for you. =)
