Default Clarification re ATi's Hypermemory function

Bought an Acer Aspire 4745G-5452G50Mnks which came with 2GB DDR3 1066MHz and an ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5470 with Switchable™ Graphics technology, up to 35793 MB of HyperMemory™ (512 MB of dedicated DDR3 VRAM, up to 30675 MB of shared system memory) running on Window 7 Ultimate 32bit. Checked the board and it has 2 slots for the DDR3 of which one is being used by the 2GB that came with it and the board can handle a maximum of 8GB if a 64 bit operating system is installed.

I want to maximize the function of the Hypermemory so is it the right move to purchase a 4GB DDR3 1066MHz to pair up w/ the existing 2GB DDR3 1066MHz to make the operating system use 3.0GB and the video card will automatically use the other 3GB plus the dedicated 512MB to make it 3.5GB?

This is my 1st time dealing w/ Hypermemory sa ATi (for NVidia, Turbocache ang term) so I just want to get feedback from others naka experience aning function.

better not utilize ana hypermem sir, dili ra significant ang performance mahatag ana,

but im sure its a right move to increase your memory then switch to windows 7 64 bit
