My Cousin's Lenovo Laptop V100 HDD password issue

hi guys,

I need help fixing my cousin's Laptop.

the laptop always asks for a HDD password after POST but i dont know the Password hasta akong cousin wala sad kabaw

"lenovo HDD password failed" --> mao ni mu gawas after i enter a wrong password.

When i try to boot from LAn, DVD, or HDD. Mu prompt gihapon ang password request.

I already tried removing the Laptop HDD but pag sulud nako sa BIOS.... password nasad gihapon ang bios.

Try removing the bios battery. It should reset all BIOS settings. Cheers.

bro ehh remove lang na ang battery sa imung bios... para mawala na ang password..

ma default settings naman na after nimu.... ehh reset..

mga 10 min... ehh taud ug balik ang cmos battery...

kong kahibaw mo mag reset ug bios... kadto nalang gamita nga procedure...

the problem is that the BIOs battery is located very deep. I need to open the entire laptop enclosure and void it warranty [probably]
