naka heard na ba ka anang "ZUMBA" gurlhehehe try to search it if wala pa.. mas nice pa na sya sa gym ug sa belly dancing.. pwamiz!! hehehe wala pa au ka gasto.. naa raka sa inyu.. malingaw pakag sayaw2x.. hehehe
choose something that really interest you a lot, in that way you will stay longer and do the exercise without a sweat. and eventually it will become part of your daily routine.. good luck
belly dancing is just an aerobic/cardio exercise rana siya. while sa gym, depende kung unsa ang imong program, kung toning or resistance training bah. ang naka nice sa gym kay naay trained professional nga mo guide nimo, naay particular nga exercise to target a particular muscle. pero dapat pud enjoy ka sa imong gihimo. to lose belly fat, u have to burn a lot of calories to burn fat. running is the best way to burn fat and lose belly fat eventually. i have tried and proven it effective personally. tambok kaau ko sa una, karon, normal na jud akong weight. i was obese before.
