CALL CENTER AGENTS
QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE ABOVE AVERAGE COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Must be willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and service-oriented environment
With previous call center experience from outbound sales, technical sales and customer service
Completed at least 2 years of college education or equivalent
With good work ethics
Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor's Degree graduate
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be Customer service oriented and highly organized
Possess the ability to be creative and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Knowing some basic graphic design software such as Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat PDF, Dreamweaver or Photoshop is a plus.
Content writer
Creative and has the ability to work under pressure
Experience in writing content for websites
Experience with blogging; has own blog
Particular attention to detail such as grammar, punctuation etc.
excellent English language skills
