Reviving a Pentium 4 computer

I am currently trying to fix or revive (whatsoever) a pentium 4 computer. The PSU seems to be okay when i tested it. I also used another PSU to double check but the PC still doesn't turn on. I can see the motherboard's LED lit up but the entire system isn't working at all. What could be the problem here? I hope the motherboard isn't dead yet.

by the way, the PC's motherboard is ASUS P4GE-MX with a generic PSU.

borrow a new RAM, for preliminary testing, just run with the basic components, CPU - mobo with proc - ram

and see if you can get a hit.

i want to revive my P4 too. all is working except for the monitor. what should i do?

if it is currently using the agp video card, take it out and try to use the onboard video card.

back to my problem... ako na gisulayan ug tangtang tanan components. pero wala man juy nahitabo. i should be getting beep errors man unta noh kung walay ram? well, how can i get those nga dili man jd mu-power on ang MB oi. ang LED ra man jd ang musiga. is it dead?

if the ang led sa mobo musiga pa then chances are working pa na siya,.....most likely guba imo ram, if wala siya gatingog check ang speaker sa mobo if nakainstall ba

naka install ra man ang speaker. onboard man cya. without the ram, normally mu-andar man ta ang mobo, right? naa dayon beep errors. kani ky wala man juy reaction. tsk.tsk.tsk.

Pwede sad ang mobo mao guba.
kung wla ka extra na procs ug mobo . better bring it to a computer service center like fastwin kay naa cla karaan na mga spare parts para pentuim 4.
Didto maka trail and error diagnostic gud ka didto ug sakto kay daghan parts pwede nimo mahulaman.

Na try nako didto ug diagnostic... bayad lang ka 250 check up fee. pwede rasad ikaw ang mo hands on ug check hulam lang ka ila parts bayad gihapon ka 250
