hmm, is there really a tweak for that bro for it to be boosted? because all I know is what pipe you have subcribed is the pipe you shall receive, no more no less, even if one applies NATtoNAT or portforwarding.

simply, if its connected to a 512kbps port then it should be 512kbps from the DSLAM.

guess the best way to have the most of your subscribed bandwidth is to have a correct configuration with no bottlenecks or congestion on the network hardwares..... you may check also its latencies to monitor.

But if you happened to be in a no good or faulty ISP then im afraid its another story already.

thanks, mga bro. by the way i'm using a globe broadband and using the deafault modem which is prolink. yes it's connected to the 512 kbps..

even if ma tweak ang modem dili man gyapon mo increase ang bandwidth nimo ana.

try playing with the MTU settings if naa na na feature sa modem nimo.. dili lang ko sure kay dili man globe ako modem

i usually change the MTU settings from 1500 to 1400 and naa gyud sya slight changes sa speed pero gamay ra sad :mrgreen:
