its a secret recipe man sis mao wa jud makafollow ana ila icing recipe kung naa man gani closer not closest,...akoa kay tinapulan style man mao ni ako chocolate icing recipe, ambot if you'll like this.... better yet ang pinakasafe is gamit ug boiled/ marshmallow icing kay sureball pa na,so here's mine.

    Five-Minute Chocolate Frosting

    2 ounces chocolate(semi-sweet)
1-1/3 cups (1 can) sweetened condensed milk

1)Melt chocolate over boiling water,(double pan method) then add condensed milk and stir 5 minutes or until thickened, then thin with a few drops water if too thick.

-i use this for 9"x9" cake pan but cupcake man imo gamitan, ikaw nlang bahala sa variations if pila ang gidaghanon.

    BOILED ICING or MARSHMALLOW ICING
    1 cup sugar

1/8 tsp cream of tartar or salt

    80 ml water

    2 eggwhites

1)in a mall saucepan mix sugar, cream of tartar and water, stir to mix, boil slowly in low heat (about 238 degress using candy termometer)without stirring until mixture will spin a long thread. pour very slowly onto stiffy beaten egg whites and beat until smooth and stiff. if icing does not stiff enough add 2 or 3 tbs confectioners sugar, 1 at a time.
