dili ni ako nga computer,usa ka technicial na gi ayo nga computer wla man jud ni desplay wala sad ni beep ig pa boot nmo. pru mo ni function man ang proccessor siga sad iyang led sa board.

kai gi ayo sa usa ka technical wla man jud ni desplay.ako gipangutana usa blema, ingon cya ni burot day ang capacitor,pru ga andar man ang cpu.Mao nag ask ko kung mo andar ba d ay gihapon bsag naa ni burot na capacitor 2-3 capacitor ang ni burot.

andar is too vague. a running CPU for me is one that posts and gets me up to the operating system. Is that what you mean by andar too?


Just to answer you question though.. yes, motherboards are capable of functioning even with some parts damaged. It may not be true all the time but yeah they do.

yeah. sometimes if dili kau heavy ang affected ( asa ka connect ang ni burot? ) and mobo..
say.. say RAM.. andar gihapon..

say.. sa on board video na ka connect.. andar pa na. cge lang ug restart.. pero butangan nimo pci or agp na video card , dagan gihapon na.. for a short more time..

but if naka connect na sa proccessor slot, delikado maguba ang proccessor.. di na mudagan. as it had happen with 1 of our pc here sa opis. ( sad )

and if muborot na capacitor...it's a job for doctor ruelnov!

Ako pa nimo bai, ilisi nalang na ky basin moburot ug samut, mo hubag nana kadugayan then mobuto. Sipa raba na kau.Then it might affect other components.

it's never a good sign..if you don't know how to do it yourself ask for a professional's help. although you should try to weigh having it fixed and buying a new one.
