in my experience long time ago, it happen sa AYALA MC DONALD, me and my family cguro we were almost 10 person that time, while we were going to their dining table,i was unfortunate sit in a defective chair and i was holding the tray full of foods,i fell down as well as the foods and i got scratch sa ako elbow coz i was trying to hold and balance na dli ko madakdak,but i fail, i talk to the manager and the staff is this the way ur facilities can give to your valued customers?,they said that they can settle this asap,and know what they do to us, they refund our meals and they gave us a worth 2k of mcdonald food...perting busoga namo naka take out pami hehehe
