hmmm... usually it could be -
A) You attempted to setup a virtual host and you messed up!
B) You editied the php.ini so you can send love email letter from localhost
C) You edited some .conf files on the apache and php directory
D) All of the Above

when i try to start it, it will just tell me its "busy" and apache wont start.. msyql is starting though..

unya paste dri unsay resulta.... murag naa nay nka-bind nga service sa port 80 nimo, duda nko IIS.

basin naay nakadagan na skype mao dili ka start imo apache.. try ug close imo skype then i run daan ang xampp..

I believe kana nga error message, naa'y karibal ang Apache sa port 80. Either dakpon to nimo nga port, ug mag change ka sa port sa Apache if possible.

Yep, naay lain program na naka bind sa port 80 address.
