mao bah... 20k na jud ang fully furnished ay... everything is brand new man gud and good quality pud ang mga things... maybe when he visits the place maginahan siya...

Ms. duna mi 4 door apartments sa Lapu-lapu duna mga lawn kada unit. Furnished na with cable TV / sala set / ref and bed. Ang big rooms kay tag 14k / month. ang small kay 10k. 10 minutes ra from the airport ug duol sa mga beach resorts. kay walking distance ra sya from maribago blue waters. Caontact me 5117610 / 09185898684. and yes, we give referal fees. Duna pud tag 6k per month. All rates are exclusive of utilities. Better check the units yourself first. I will go there this Sunday.
