Mac alternative applications and other mac questions

i've been using Windows all my life and never pa gyud ko naka-try sa Mac (complete noob gyud), but nakakita na ko sa interface and all i can say is... AWESOME. anyway i'm considering a mac laptop.. problem are ang mga programs.. if compatible ba cya or naa bay better alternative

for video editing, i've been using premiere pro and sony vegas.. i've heard a lot of good stuffs about final cut pro.. how true is that? mas nindot gyud ang final cut pro? or naa ba sad mac version ang premiere pro?

sound editing, i also use adobe audition.. which is better? soundtrack pro or adobe audition?

for graphic editing, i've been using photoshop cs2.. mo work ba gud ni cya sa mac?

as for desktop publishing, i'm currently learning adobe indesign.. mo work na or naay *better* alternative?

then for vector applications like illustrator/freehand which tun-an nya nako later on.. pwede sad na?

how about dreamweaver for WYSIWYG.. if ever tapulan ta mo code.. mo work sa mac... or naay alternative?

marcromedia flash pa gyud diay... mo work na?

then sa virus scanner.. pwede ba ang norton?

also i heard nga naay coming nga OS.. leopard.. if ever tiger pa akong mapalit.. how can i upgrade?

tapos napa dyud... unsay suitable for a student.. kanang madala-dala ra sa school k gamiton raman sad for educational purposes

ok ra ba gud ang pinakabarato.. kanang 1.83GHz Intel Core Duo? dili man necessarily nga mao na ang main nakong gamiton for video editing purposes etc.. gamiton lang for tryouts and school related.

Its kinda hard to find programs for Mac here. You're best bet is the legit softawares sa iStore. If its the other stuff you're looking for, they can be found in the net. Just have to look for them but they're there. ^_^

If you're only going to use it for minimal purposes and not for heavy duty stuff, then the new macbook is perfect for you. However, if you want to use it for you're main computer for those stated above, then I suggest you go with the macbook pro. ^_^
