Uncontrollable Scrolling

Hi guys, tried the search function but found no results relating to this. Anyway, my problem is mu-scroll down lang ug iyaha ako PC - what I mean is if naa ko sa browser na taas na ang page, mu-diretso ra ug scroll down. If i-scroll up nako mubalik ra gihapon ug naog. Dili rapod ni sa browsers nako ma-experience, hasta sa mga folders, editing programs, etc., basta naay scroll ang apps/software na gigamit ni siya mahitabo. I've already tried a bit of trouble shooting - I've already replaced the mouse and keyboard (both USB), I've also tried switching to different USB ports, I've tried reformatting my PC, ako pod gi-try ug hulbot ang keyboard ra, then sunod kay ang mouse ra - mao ra gihapon. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

try updating your Bios...these helps in my case.,,(jumping cursor lang to akoa sauna)...

Update BIOS? Does that mean na mupalit kog bago BIOS? Bago ra ni ako PC, mga 2months pa lang sukad pagkapalit. Thanks.

Nope. Mag.update raka sa imung bios. Madownload rana sa internet. Ug asa kaha ka magpalit ug bios...hehe

check sa website ang brand ug model sa imong mobo then download the lastest bios firmware to update.

Nope. Mag.update raka sa imung bios. Madownload rana sa internet. Ug asa kaha ka magpalit ug bios...hehe

XP ra pero i5 na ako processor, possible kaha na nga issue?

Yep, na-reformat na. Bago man unta ni tanan pero ako lang try update ang BIOS.

go to your motherboard's manufacturer website,look for your model number and download the latest bios update provided.when flashing your bios ,pag-ampo nga dili ka matungnan ug brownout..mau na ang solution sa akoa nga problema sauna,,mulayat ang akong mouse pointer before,murag mo-teleport bah.ahak kaau.
