how do i create a personal web page? unsa nga software kailanga? is there a free software?

first you need to study html.. css.. ug uban pa..html is the basic simple look lang and css is for the designs and churva.. (thats if gusto ka ikaw maghimo).. if you want your own domain you need to buy it.. barato ra man ata... own domain is like "britneyspears.com" ... if not..just try registering multiply.com they have a themes available and you can customize it .. but your url will be like " britneyspears.multiply.com"

software? well, you can try it by simply using notepad... if you want it more advance.. theres one i know dreamweaver... search lang bai..naa ra na google
