Edge 3 floating Trem tuning problem

Naa koy Ibanez RG420 EG spider bah...with Edge 3 floating trem..grabeha ga lisod jud ko ug set up nya nag ilis ko ug strings 3 days ago till now di jud nako makuha ang tune using standard E tuning....i make sure na fully stretched na ang strings pero same thing..eniwi i searched online forum bout this galisod japon ko oi....kinsa ninyo dre naka suway na ug gamit aning floating trem esp EDGE 3 share sad mo beh unsaon...kutaw na jud ako ulo it will really test ur patience hehe...

although the edge 3 is not a 'pure floyd rose' it's still a floyd rose system type of bridge.. just like my ILT1 bridge on my ibby..

one thing you have to know is when you tune one string, it affects the other strings so tuning an FR type is quite tricky

1st thing i adjust is the 'action', w/c i think can be adjusted by the two screws up & down the bridge.. i've tighten up my two screws to its limit but the action is still quite high for me, but the good news is that theres no fret buzz & i could live w/ the sustain..

(release the tension of the locking nuts in the headstock when tuning a string)
next is the intonation.. sometimes when a string is tuned, in tune cya in open string to 15 frets but sometimes dili na in tune up to the last fret.. so intonation should be adjusted.. try using a tuner (E string), tune the open string, 12th fret & 24th fret (kung 24 frets imo gamit) dapat in tune na sila 3, if dili tune ang 24the fret, do some adjustment sa saddle..
If your tuner shows that your sharp then adjust the High E saddle on the bridge slightly further away from the neck.
If your tuner shows that you are flat then adjust the High E saddle on the bridge slightly closer to the neck.
(adjust intonation on all the strings)

next, start tuning each of the string.. some people tune from outside to inside while some tune from inside to outside.. outside to inside gani, low E string then high e string, then tune na gani ang duha, tune the A & B, but then check again the E & e, when these 4 strings are already in tune, tune the D & G, then recheck all the string & make sure all are in tune using the tuner..

after all strings are in tune, check the angle of the bridge ( if it is parallel to the body) ,tan-awa kung wla ba mag \ (the back of the bridge is angled towards the body) or / (mura cya og dragster na mas dako ang ligid sa luyo kaysa front) , dapat flat unta like this ---- ang bridge, if dili gani, open the backplate & adjust did2 sa luyo, you could see 3 springs.. & two screws, using a screwdriver adjust the trem angle, kung / ang angle sa trem, tighten the screws until its flat ---- ,kung \ ang angle loosen the screws until mag flat (parallel na sa body) ang bridge..

then tune again all the strings, ok na gani tanan, action, intonation, trem angle & tuning on all strings, them lock the locking nuts sa headstock BUT dont tighten it too much (you're not supposed to crush the strings! magoba nya na imohang locking nuts diha sa headstock)

btw, when tuning your guitar, dapat ang fine tuners nimo naa na set sa middle position.. kanang 6 na screws sa luyo na part sa bridge na pwede ra ma tuyok using your hand.. dapat naa sya sa middle position, try tightening one to the max & loosening another one to its max, then adjust all the rest na screws to be in the middle position sa duha na max og minimum nmo.. & then arrange tanan in their middle position pra nindot tan-awon

tnx bro nya sensya na jud ha di man kau ko sweto ani 6 months plang ni nko.eniwi ..ang screw btaw sa action saman ako ni cya i.tighten daan?nya ang spring sa likod ok rba na cya mag tighten ta without loosening d strings?
ako na gi middle position ako fine tuners.ryt now mao ni position sa ako guitar after tightening the action sangyad jud kau cya..nya ang strings nako is hugot nman kau den wa man mo saka ang bridge flat kau ang action sangyad na jud kau sa fret..ang spring sa likod ako nman unta to gi luagan daan..

check how your tension springs are setup'd,.what is your string guage? to align the edge 3 bridge naa square slot dha sa kilid sa bridge, mao na imu guide if level imu bridge or dli,

yep 9's man jud na pirmi basta naa locking trem sa ibanez spec list..
