Programmer
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or any IT related course
- Worked for a company and has been the lead support person for their Linux and Unix (BSD) systems
- Experienced in open source products
- Extensive (minimum of 3-4 years) experience on web development – PERL and PHP Programming
Web Designer
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge in HTML, XML and CSS
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Experienced in making design conceptualization
- Knowledge in flash animation and action script is a plus

The Mac Driver Developer position can go as high as 6 digits if the person is qualified. The others will still be competitive. Signing bonus is only for Mac Developers at this point.

yo bro if ur into designing only I suggest start practicing Drupal kay additional na nmo nga skills and gamay ra ang mga drupal designer/developer dinhi sa pinas. And I'm one of them hehehe drupal module contributor ko bro.. Ako ang nag develop ug mga module functionality karon sa Sunstar Network Online as consultant.
kung mka start ka ug drupal you will get into the level of module development kay dali ra masabtan. para mka move on ka sa development and implementation.
PHP is a good start for web development dili lang designing. Perl is advanced for web development, sa karon gi gamit nana ug system administration. pero wayback 1996-99 mao nay gamit nako ang Perl for web programming pagsugod kay di pako kahibalo kaayo ug PHP that time mga 96-97.
For MAC Kernel and Driver developer at least naa kay strong foundation sa C.
