No Display on Monitor

I need you expert opinion guys...occassionally when i turn on my pc in the morning or when i get back from work in the evening, my monitor would just display a grey screen like when no pc is connected to it. i normally would just hit the reset button, and i can already see the computer booting up. but today, no matter how many resets i do....shut down the avr and turn it back on again...all i get is the blank grey screen. i can't firgure out if the problem is with my monitor or with my video card (inno3d mx4000).

is there something i can do to fix this problem on my own?

no beeps. fans and lights and drives are all running...there's just no display. but anyways, i already fixed the problem. just removed the video cards and ram, cleaned em with brush and re-installed them in their respective slots...presto...the monitor's alive again! i guess the dust in the contact points of the video card are the culprit.

no its a classic ram error. no beep whatsoever. solution is a erasing ur ram contact tips with a soft eraser.( basta wa ra na corrupt : hopeless )

and as u've done it...with a brush.

videocard error is signified with 2 short beeps and ur screen as if to display when u turned ur pc on then it will just display squares.

kung dili gani makadisplay so daot imo CPU check ang videocard or try to replace another videocard. if this not work so MOBO ang problema ani og sure ko ana.....

di bah, separate man ang power supply ani nya....but then if imo cya e-choke sa 230 volts then mo-power on cya with the green lights.....pero sa ako nga case is dili ghaopn cya mo-on though mag-blink ang LED sa power but then no picture at all....
