need help: Best Epad available here in Cebu

hi everyone,

first of all, please refrain from giving out negative comments about the epad product as i know china products are not that reliable pa kaayo pero im just asking for the positive inputs regarding this tablet pc since it will not be used to the extreme and as a gift only.

i know a lot of discriminations regarding the Epad thats circulating around the market. i am interested in getting this. the reason is that i want to give this to my mother as a gift. lately shes into facebook and quite having a good time meeting her kababatas and barkadas during her college days thru this social networking site. me and my brother are teaching her the dos and donts of using the desktop or laptop but this is way too complicated for her already. at her age and with little knowledge about computers, i was thinking that the epad might be the best gadget for her. JUST FOR BROWSING OR WATCHING MOVIES LANG... im sure its not that complicated for her since its touchscreen and everything is user friendly. the Apple Ipad is way too extreme for my budget and the epad is just right knowing that this tablet pc will not be abused to the max as it will only be for web browsing.

my questions are...

1. whats the best epad version/brand thats already in the cebu market?
2. where and how much are the prices?
3. state the pros of the epad versions you are referring.. (nvermind the cons kay kibaw naman ta basta china products, timing2 jud na)

need help lang ko mga guys kay ive been searching all over the net pero di man gud kaayo ko techie nga taw unya mag lisod ko ug sabot. di kaayo ko sweto aning mga android versions or pros ana niya nga version ug unsa pana.

the best so far sa cebu are the "moonse or orphan i-robot" model which has 7" display. but if maka kuha ka from manila, try to acquire the 10" version. it has android 2.1 and has a higher memory, but no camera.

the ones that are sold in gaisano, unitop and other stores bears the MIA brand, which they say is the pirated version of the pirated epad... irobot sells from 5 to 7k, where as the mia sells from 4.3 to 5.5k.

try the epad of mr.pooh (inkwell), it might be the one you need.

mao mao, not all ePad/aPad (iPad emit) puro bati, some of them performs "almost" perfect, must better mag canvas ka, mag dala ka ug papil or anything nga ma take note nimo ang brand and model then visit some "Chinese" stores nga naay ePad, and try them ang importante ma test nimo ang responsive sa touchscreen, and the speed sa iyang transition, murag di 1GHz kay mo ungot ungot, daghan pud type sa iyang CPU, some 600MHz gani smooth iyang transition and running latest Android Froyo, some runs windows 7.

check the epad in kaking parkmall. so far its the best epad available commercially dri sa cebu.

from the look of things if you want a browser or to do a little facebook messenger and stuff the epad works fine. as for video, you have to scale down the video to make it play smooth. The 800mhz processor is really a bottleneck there. Wait for a 1ghz or faster...

yeah, i suggest wait for the playbook, galaxy tab or IPAD 7 inches!
