Just want to ask if anybody here knows if unsay SOP aning "clearance delay". Or does anybody experience this.

the tracking record shows "clearance delay".

I just want to know if it's normal. It's now in Cebu, from US.

Clearance delay usually means:

ang buwaya sa customs nakakita nga mahal ang package

call DHL and they will advise you of the customs and duties charges sa imong package.

what you need to do is to send them a notarized affidavit of ownership stating that the package is for personal use only. para dili ka ma charge og dako.

mao na usually bsta nindot imo item nya mahalon or kaduda2..i.scrutinize na nila og maau sa customs..ang usual 1day lang with customs mahimo og 2days or more, mao delay..
