I'm currently looking for an executive assistant.
Expected task of the applicant:
- admin tasks such as, monitoring of existing clients
- monitoring of due dates, birthdates, etc.
- marketing tasks, such as online marketing (email marketing, online forums, etc)
- telemarketing (Cebu-based lang)
- running of errands (if kinahanglan jud)
- and other admin works
Required skills of the applicant:
- can work with minimal supervision
- can work at home, since for now home-based pa (once ma-establish na ang group, will move to an office-based set-up)
- has his/her own computer/laptop
- has knowledge of excel for creating reports
- with telemarketing experience is preferred but not a must
- quick learner
- open for part-time workers (4hrs minimum / day)
Pay is based sa minimum for now, but with commission-based performance.
