condominiums lowest monthly amortization is 15k and up and that is a studio type unit (no rooms)....you can have a house and lot with 8k monthly amortization out of the city, in liloan, mactan or minglanilla.
If you want to avail of lowest amortization within the city try the pre selling projects/condominiums....
Spianada Condominium @ Sepulveda St., and a new econo condo soon to rise near baseline are offering low prices as of the moment (pre selling stage).
