That's only half of what you should be doing if gusto ka mo gamay. Paresan na nmo ug diet. Not the 'diet' kind na mag cge ka ug skip meals. When I say diet, I mean eating healthy. Avoiding junk foods, softdrinks, etc... Eat only healthy foods.
