C. RESERVATION FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS; Please be informed that we do not process reservation of pre-order items unless a downpayment or full payment is made.
We REQUIRE 50% deposit FOR SECURE PURCHASE. We GUARANTEE MONEY BACK when the items you reserved did not arrive or are not available anymore.
RESERVED ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED SOLD.
YOU HAVE THREE (3) DAYS TO MAKE YOUR DOWN PAYMENT, UNLESS WE SPECIFY OTHER DATES IN OUR CONFIRMATION MESSAGE. FAILURE TO DO SO, YOUR RESERVATION WILL NOT BE PROCESS.
We will notify you immediately once the items are already on hand and ready for shipping. You will be given TWO (2) DAYS from notice to fully settle your bill. Last minute cancellation would not be entertain especially if the items you Order are available.
D. FOR ITEMS THAT ARE ON-HAND: RESERVATION IS ALLOWED but only within THREE (3) DAYS. But if you like to reserve much longer please deposit 50% of the total price.
Otherwise, we shall give the item to other customer who are interested with it and we regret that we have no choice but to post your picture in our BOGUS AND JOYOUS RESERVERS.
E. CANCELLATION/CHANGE OF ORDERS (PRE-ORDER AND ON-HAND): You may cancel or change your ORDER/RESERVATION within 24 HOURS upon submission of your Order Form.
AFTER THE 24HR PERIOD,we shall not allow CANCELLATION/CHANGE of Order/Reservation that we already confirmed either thru e-mail or private message. Please be kind enough to notify us once you received our confirmation message.
ALL CONFIRMED TRANSACTIONS (ORDER/RESERVATIONS) ARE FINAL. ITEMS PURCHASED are neither NON-REFUNDABLE nor EXCHANGEABLE. (EXCEPT IN CASE OF PRE-ORDERS - WHEN THE ITEM YOU RESERVED DID NOT ACTUALLY ARRIVED)
MEASUREMENT OF CLOTHING IS GIVEN SO PLEASE DO MEASURE CAREFULLY BECAUSE WRONG SIZE PURCHASE ITEMS CANNOT BE CHANGE.
F. CUT-OFF TIME: We strictly implement our cut-off time. Payment for the items reserved or purchase received and confirmed before 12NN shall be shipped within that same day. Payment received after 12NN shall be process the following day, except if it falls on Saturday and Sunday or holiday it will be process the next working day. (WE DO NOT SHIP DURING WEEKENDS)
- WE WILL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY YOU IF IN CASE FOR ANY REASONS WE CANNOT SHIP YOUR ITEMS ON THAT SCHEDULE DAY.
G. SHIPPING: We ship through JRS or 2GO. Unless, otherwise, you can suggest which courier you prefer.
Shipping fees shall be shouldered by the BUYER and added to your total purchase price.
ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. ITEMS ARE CHECKED AND SCRUTINIZED BEFORE PACKING AND SHIPPING.
I shall not be held responsible for any damage or lost that will occur during the shipment period.
TRACKING NUMBER OF ITEMS SHIPPED WILL BE POSTED HERE AT OUR SITE AND WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU.
