    good day to you bro.... well for students to relieve stress. rest is the best remedy... try to relax. anything that you do before that relaxes you, like going to the beach, malling, watching movies.. but if your a fym buff. everything in the gym relaxes you, whatever you do there it releases endorphines a hormone is released during long and strenous workouts and also by floating during swimming. stress man good is in your environment. once you eliminate it you will be relieve.... hope this helps. what gym do you go to?
