Just finished it last week. Nice storyline pero as an open world game, I think kulang kaayo siya. You're right nga limited kaayo ang free roam. Another thing I hate is you can't dive in the water and you can't climb and jump from the building. Like the first release, I love the era, you can really feel the environment and music in the FM is great. Pero most of the music though was release much later than the actual year of the game.
Empire City is nice but I think it's not that big, and there's no side mission, so if ma homan na nimo ang games wala na ka buhaton. And mobu ra pud ang games. One thing I appreciate though aside from the good plot is the shooting mechanics which I think is brilliant compared to other sandbox game. Another thing that I enjoyed is collecting the vintage playboy model though wala nako nakuha tanan.
Well overall I can still say it's a good game.
